I would say that during a normal business transaction there are two things a Buyer and a Seller. Now in this case we have a third party not buying WAMU just taking it over under the guise of protecting the U.S. economy from collapsing in some fictional dominoe effect. So no buyer, no seller, just a takeover of a solvent business. Where are the former WAMU exectutives screaming bloody murder here where is their outrage, it almost seems to me they were all a part of this sham and scam. Well folks that is why we have a legal system of justice to right all the wrongs and set them straight again otherwise the justice system is useless and holds no authority of law either. So stolen property a company in this case was seized illegally and given to a rich and wealthy company who paid a pittance for this taken over company. Judge these are the facts where is your ruling and how come it takes mountains of paperwork and lawyers to figure out this dam has had a leak in it for months now. The oil pipe is broken so plug it, the border is broken so plug it, this scam was illegal from the start to fix it!!! Out.
