Just one correction...the float will not be 1.5 Billion, the AS will. He said they are only releasing about 50 million into the float and using the rest as restricted shares or just space for future movement. In addition, he said that the officers are going to be buying up shares on the open market in the future. So the increase isn't nearly as big as it would have seemed.
