Thats your opinion. Sam knew xmdc was a shell. He signed the bio harp away. Tough luck for him. He could have made a lot of money with Paul. We have all made mistakes in the past. One time I purchased a car that I was not happy with. Tough cookie. When you sign the papers, its done. Sam had all the time in the world to see what Pauls office furniture was worth before he signed the contract to sell the bio harp to Paul. If Paul did not tell Sam the value of his office furniture then Sam should not have signed the Bio Harp away. Its done and thats it.
