It is obvious that there is more than meets the eye here

and that PL apparently did not fulfill his obligation to the APA by providing full disclosure of XTends financial situation.

I like the part where SL asks how do they justify their $300,000.00 salary when they have no income....

financial records were not provided as requested to show stability and therefore SL reneged on the APA due to failure on PL's part to provide information... along with the disclosure of the 504.

Yup... there are a lot of things and reasons why SL did not give the assets to PL and now it is known. The fact that some are saying that SL lied about the bioharp detecting cancer or not is immaterial and irrelevant at this time and has no bearing on the case.

Ir will now be up to PL to disprove SL's claim to be false... so they now have to answer the rebuttal.

Didn't surprise me the pps dropped as others can see the true nature of this now.
