What can be verified is that Urban started the company by acquiring the 352 million outstanding shares of CyberMark International, a failed company of Urban's that was in an unrelated industry. That is the starting point, and that occurred in the 1st quarter of 2003 I think, or somewhere close.
One of the most recent events from which share information can be deduced through stock dividend distribution rates is the first GEMM dividend (Sept/Oct 2004 or so) where the company distributed GEMM shares to the holders of 778+ billion CMKX shares. That gives you an idea of the magnitude.
Meanwhile, CMKX required their transfer agent to not disclose share information; they stopped filing SEC reports that would have disclosed both financial and share structure to the public; they began racing extremely fast and expensive-to-operate drag race cars that primarily advertised the stock ticker symbol.
