I can almost gurantee they will be 144 restricted shares.. (restricted for 1 year). I don't think Watson would immediatley dilute the stock, would cause way to many problems regardless of news.. When companys sign deals, most of them want cash.. If they get a stock transfer instead, 9 times out of 10 they will liquidate asap! Neither Watson or us wants this to happen!!
