There are 2 principles that apply to this situation.

1. Get in in writting. (Paul has the signed asset purchase agreement)

2. Talk is cheap. (Lees defense is all talk)

XMDC will have the documentation to destroy Lee. Paul is a business man and he knows how to cover his rear end. Just wait a few days to hear his response to Lee's BS. Its going to be funny.
