If these shares are not restricted, it a terrible move. There's already 649,5000,000 unrestricted shares available which is plenty and should be reduced IMHO by a 50% in a company buyback.
Increasing unrestricted shares will not generate enough capitol for the company and drop the PPS by whatever percentage of increase in A/S if not more. Should Watson increase A/S is should be in a 2:1 Forward Company Split, I could live with that. JMO
