IMO ... when a co. increases shares, it's almost always a double edged sword;
1. For larger co's, it could be percieved as a sign for
healthy growth. (But more favorably when it's done in
the form of a foward split)
2. For tiny co's , it could be percieved as a sign that
the co. is in desperate need of capital to stay afloat.
Hears hoping that #1 applies to GRDO , not #2 , as well as the pinky scam games alot of us have seen in the past.
The kindest thing Watson could do at this point, would be a combination of a small increase to A/S (for partnerships , employee incentives , marketing) ... followed by a foward split to allow institutional investors the opportunity to purchase large blocks, and at the same time not hurting but helping the co's ground floor investors.
Just my opinion.
I'll refrain from thinking about other worse case scenerios ... LOL
