Sam signed the agreement to transfer the patents to Paul (xmdc) and Sam took payment. IMO Paul is the legal owner of the patents. He just does not have them because Lee tried to pull a fast one. the judge is going to look at the written agreement and Lee neglected to do the basics. He can argue about micky mouse crap all day. Its whats in writting that counts. Most of the time when you pay for something, the seller delivers the merchandise to the person that pays. Lee does not understand business very well. LOL
