bd- not having anything verifiable on a public news release really does the company more harm than good, why even release news if you have nothing to say.
Any question ask to the company can't be responded to with facts because it would land them in trouble. They can get away with forward looking statements as long as they footnote it - otherwise the SEC would be putting on the rubber gloves.(that is also why they don't say they have contracts, customers or products).
Er... I missed your drift - please elaborate so I don't head down the wrong path.
Consider me absolutely crazy - but that is what playing these pennies is all about.
