The way he tried to get the last one DTC'able was to email shareholders and have them complain to the finance companies.

Is that what he is STILL doing?

It took him soooo long to fill out the paperwork, and it still failed.

Ameritrade would not let investors trade scams, they protected investors from companies like EIGH.
