So...the Friction Factor being "0" means that the shorting is normal activity, which of course means that this represents normal trading activity by the MMs which will be covered within the T+3 settlement period.

It also means, of course, that there is no short position affecting this stock in any fashion.

Looks to me like RMDM is wasting their money paying this buyins.net company to issue these reports. Can't shareholder just pull the report themselves off of the FINRA website?

For a stock that's dying, it sure is poor management paying for a report which winds up showing absolutely nothing on a consistent basis.
