OIL CITY, La., June 21, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Black Dragon Resource Companies, Inc.'s ("the Company", "Dragon") (Pink Sheets:BDGR - News) Chairman and CEO, Mr. Scott D. Smith, is pleased to announce today that Dragon management had a successful trip to Germany earlier this month. BDGR management is pleased to announce that meetings with potential financiers of the Cotton Valley project were successful. A well funded financial entity located in Germany has demonstrated intent to bring the Cotton Valley and other projects to fruition by contributing a solid financing/Joint venture package to Dragon.
