And,for pinkies and other opaque,low-floats....yes it DOES make a difference when misleading statements are made on a public board.
Just ask the SEC. But,for me,I am for "responsible" discourse on these public boards.
If it's a mystery to you about what I'm talkin' about,then I don't have any further to say to you.
