Just expect on or before July 26th. That will be 90 days or there abouts. If it comes sooner then great, but don't get your hopes too high. I mean most legit companies come out with a PR right after the R/S vote gets approved and lets the shareholders know what took effect and IHGP didn't do that.

Maybe they're understaffed and it will take some time to put a PR together with a breakdown of the R/S, company future, etc. Your guess is as good as anyone else's here. Nobody knows when the effective R/S date will actually be. Only IHGP knows. Good luck.
