gap, there remains a significant communication void with this company.

They're late announcing the current QTIG dividend (assuming they would pass it out on a regular quarterly basis - evidently NOT a safe assumption).

They don't tell us what and how Reg SHO does or does not affect them and us.

They hint (or have Shazam tell us) about numerous deals that they don't announce in public.

They won't tell us what the "75 commercial releases" actually were.

And they still don't file. It sounds like they may need to file some type of official form in order to be included in the Reg SHO rules??

It's frustrating.
