Great question. Also, I believe we need clarification of Reg. SHO status, now that we're off the list. I called NAS, to follow up on 117NY's post, and learned also that we were originally on the list in error -- NASDAQ's error. Would be good for both the company and NAS to clarify statements made last week. SCMI was just following the NASDAQ's mistaken lead, but the bottom line remains: what is the official status of SCMI, a non-reporting pinksheet stock, with regard to Reg. SHO -- the new policies implemented this month? Are we protected, and if so, how -- or are we not?

Rather than have private investors making calls, both the NAS and SCMI should clarify what the facts are with regard to last week's ultimately erroneous statements -- however well intended originally. Investors have a right to know the actual situation -- in official, not message board, terms.

Still hoping for the best with this company -- but, as always, looking for clear, specific info.
