LOL. That brings up another discussion:

If they are to be excused from this garbage because they are new- then why would anyone buy into their "we're are prepared to take 20 companies public" BS?

This company can't write a PR that makes sense. They can't file when they say. They can't even follow the most basic rules of a public company.

Yet they're set to make millions on showing others how to do it?

That's the blind leading the blind. How can you take them seriously?
