I'm not sure just what it is you expect the company to do? There are 100,000 gallons of Sea-Brat4 dispersant (more efficient and less toxic than Corexit) sitting at a warehouse just outside of Houston TX. crated and ready to be shipped, ordered by BP on MAY 4, just sitting there waiting. So what is it that is unacceptable, the fact that they got the order but no direction where to ship it, or, that resources that could be used to fight the spill are not being utilized.
