there using the machines to separate oil that they are collecting on tankers so tat they can increase the efficacy of bring the oil back to be unloaded with the machine they have they will separate the oil and water on the ship so it load is 99% oil going in to unload and not 20% oil and 80% water they will be able to remove that water at sea instead but has nothing to do with the clean up just the oil they are retrieving i believe.
