Pattern Day Trading Rule To Be Reversed?

I have heard A rumor going around that the minimum amount required to daytrade will be lowered from 25,000 to 5,000 on June 23rd.

Is there any validity to this or has anyone heard anything concerning FINRA Rule 2520?
