To AntiMarketMaker, I also sent my complaint to SEC. I agree that just because HCKI is a penny stock, the SEC should protect shareholders from the outright criminal dealings of the CEO of HCKI. I agree that I am the only one to blame for losing my money by not doing more extensive research on this company, but I hope I can keep other people from making the same mistake. I am retired trying to make extra money and I know there are a lot of people in the same situation as me. Hope this helps.
