But when you fraudulently kill and convey a hundreds of billions dollar corporation and are nailed for it, it isnt just the assessed purchase value is it? There are damages no - 2x's? Or at least the threat of damages when you are facing litigation vs. settlement negotiations.

Hell I'd happily wait another six months for an examiner if it meant the difference of an extra $20 pps. Not to mention the NSS.
