JK : I think you wrote that Nokia filed against Ericsson in Texas because they had an office there. They probably filed a similar request in N. Carolina against Sony-Ericsson because that is the location Sony-Ericsson's North American HQ.

We know that Nokia filed two motions in NC against Sony Ericsson on the same days that they filed two against Ericsson in Texas. One of these NC motions was referenced in one of the Ericsson TX replies. JK
