The TXND court denied Nokia's motion and I suspect the NC court has done the same in respect of Sony Ericsson.

Wait, so NOK wants both Ericy and Sony-Ericy to produce documents to the arb panel? Or does NOK just want the same documents from either party, and they filed motions in two different courts (one for Ericy and one for Sony-Ericy) to increase their chances of having the motion granted?
