I emailed RK last night. Below is my email and his response this morning. His response is the first paragraph-read below it for my initial questions....

Information regarding smelted grades will be forthcoming in near term.
There is so much going out at SFMI, as soon as the information is available
news will be put out on wire.  In terms of stock buy back, it will occur
once the cash flow hits a certain level off production, I would assume that
will occur late summer.

Any chance we can get a breakdown on the composites that were smelted which
allowed SFMI to successfully make the July 2010 Lease payment?  
Also, can you tell me what is the required time frame for which SFMI needs
to disclose the intent to buyback shares.  Please advise asap.  Thanks
