 'ncedc' is the North Carolina District Court which is not on Pacer; are there any IDCC shareholders close to Raleigh, who could get physical copies? Those filings are by Nokia against Sony Ericcson. 
  
 'dedc' is the Delaware District Court and concern last weeks Nokia action against ITC's 3G patents. 
  
 'paedce" is the Pennsylvannia action with Federal Insurane. Note that the Action is marked  "Closed 9/17/2004'. I don't believe that it is really finished yet as the parties have submitted briefs to the court post 9/17 (IDCC wants the court to dismiss Federal's claim and Federal wants the court to send the dispute to arbitration).
