Maybe you could give them the benefit of the doubt this time since the old management really screwed them before they left and maybe forced them into tough decisions. Maybe their plan now will be okay. Who knows? They have had sometime to restructure so maybe it will work this time around. I believe that this is their last shot at success though. If they fail this time around then it's curtains.

I've seen companies that changed management and left the new management with almost nothing to work with and took a few years to get it going. I guess only time will tell with Yates and IHGP. Maybe a symbol change, great PR, company future, and financials will at least get them off to a good start and the rest will depend on the future.

I'm going to at least listen to their pitch after the R/S to see if I want to invest here. If it opens between $.03-$.05 after R/S and them knowing that this is their last shot might not be too bad. We'll see.
