The corporate & personal tax rate in Utah (5%) vs California (35%) is very friendly for Behl and its employees. The lease at Santa Ana gives plenty of overlap for a move, shouldn't cause any disruption in the business. St. George is closer to Death Valley Junction than Santa Ana. The move on at first glance seems like a good move. California likes to talk green but they sure put up a lot of snags and red tape to get it done.
