I’m not a fan of Tom’s mostly because of his tactics and lack of open communications, lots of what is said here is rather substantiated. My question is if you are on the up and up why are you not reporting/communicating any good information that would lead to a strong/healthy stock? The BK hearing comes back as needing yet more info that they say is in the hands of lawyers, not a good business point IMO… and yes, I know it happens all the time, that is a fault/excuse.
You can site what happened in Jan but what has happened since?
SEVA didn’t even sell one share yesterday and has been at NB for weeks.
Would you let your business work this way, being stock holders (and I suppress my laughter) it is in effect ours too.
