Can't really answer that. I do know that a S1 was recently approved for over 300M shares. But I also know Matt has made several comments in interviews about non diluting. And in his most recent interview he said CBAI was cash neutral which means there is about the same amount of cash coming in as going out. If true he has no reason to dilute unless it's to buy Biocells. With the way the trading is going nowhere I doubt very much Matt is selling. We have a lot of longs and not much buying right now. I think that is all there is to it truthfully.

Don't worry about the mule going blind just load the wagon.
