So if I'm reading what you wrote correctly our CEO had a chance to end all this and didn't. For all we know Paul could have hinted to Sam Lee before the merger that XMDC would take care of this and quite possibly the reason we are in court. As for the CEO's "integrity" that's starting to where pretty thin. Wick's got a nice dose of his "integrity" and lost a bundle. jmho
