READ this: ECMH.... Hi all--A friend whos looking at ECMH asked me to drop by Quadrant to see what is going on.I do not own shares at this time so my report here is not biased in any way.I may buy in the near future.--On Tues 4/13 I stopped by Quadrant at 100 Wood Hollow Drive Novato Ca..My first impression was WOW what a building.I met with Mr.Joseph Beradi CEO of Quadrant.He informed me the building has approx. 128,000 sq. ft. and they are using about 7000 sq ft.He took me on a tour and explained they had recently moved all the equipment from Leveroni Road to this location.He showed me the room where all the operating equipment is and it is 100% operational.We then went to the admin area where people were at work.Some are using temporary office space as some of the admin area is going through the final stages of being ready.He mentioned they will be concentrating on virtual computing and "cloud computing".He also said the landlord is very friendly to Quadrant and all offices in the building are pre-wired so tenants can instantly sign up with Quadrant and will be up and running at once.Scott Webber CEO of Encompass was there that day and I met him and he was busy but he took the time to say hello.Mr.Beradi gave me his card and said to call anytime I had any questions.I liked what I saw!!!--lucky
