IMO there will be some upward movment based on the "anticipation", that THJMW will follow through with whatever she hinted at, during her last hearing....
For me it is a little difficult to fathom that the UST and THJMW would have such differing views of the same situation...
Me thinking, THJMW , being the fair judge she is, did not get over by emotion and gave Rosen and company more time, may be just a benefit of doubt... but unfortunately they screwed up the oppurtunity by engaging in more games.... which is visible to even the common investor.....Well I have a high regard for Susman...well they say...age does infuse wisdom into people... and I for one am a firm beliver in that.....
But still wonder how Rosen gets away with his "teenage" like pranks...The more I hear the words "Your honour" from his mouth, you get a feel more lies are gonna drop out...dont these people have any faith in a supreme power....swindling money from hard working people and then making the rich even richer.... I dont mind the rich getting richer.. but I dont approve that coming from the act of swindling and cheating..unsuspecting people....
Hopefully we will break new barriers this week on anticpation alone.... and HOPEFULLY will see some positive rulings and decisons..
