Update: Spoke to Jorge today, seems things are going very well. ReJuv is selling and better than he originally thought. He told me he woke up and went to work this morning to already have 60 orders by 11:00am EST. To the Snorenz piece, once ReJuv picks up a bit more, he will further the process of snorenz. There is a lot in store for this company and he is working very hard to further progress.
We talked about the freeze, he said the parties involved (NONE PERTAINING TO CXAC) will most likely pay a fine and settle. ETA is still unknown, but it is in progress. He said all that it will do to us is chalk it up as time lost in trading. He reiterated it was not CXAC.
