KOZ: I basically agree. The price ran up in consideration of the deal. You can always say it is better off than it was the day before the announcement, but not necessarily. If there was money in the stock predicted upon the new technology being widely used over the next 3 years with NO restrictions on it, then it could be a tremendous disappointement for somebody. Besides, how else can you explain the activity. I'm a buyer at $1.95 - if it gets there.
