If we get out of this without the R/S going through, consider ourselves lucky. Also keep in mind that shorts are still occurring and if the R/S doesn't happen, we'll see one of the biggest pops ever especially with financials posted. If Yates is looking out for himself as I think he is, his biggest gain will be from frying the MM's and not diluting after a R/S.
