First, I do own a business, therefore I know that it's apples and oranges when comparing public and private companies. Comparing the two when it comes to corporate developments shows ignorance. If I have something going on, I don't share it with employees until it's a done deal, so often it doesn't matter if there are delays.


Someone owning a legitimate public company, does not make promise after promise- then fail to deliver and then go on making more and more promises without EVER ADDRESSING the promises that were never fulfilled in prior months.
