Thank you cyofish I'm gong to pass yor post to a man that claims to know the CEO personally. By all appearances the CEO of B is on the up and up. As I said earlier his company has been in business for 10 years. B has about 30 full time employees. Most of them are computer specialists. (not IT).

Even though he seems like a straight shooter, he may have bought a pig in a poke.
