Excellent email. I have another problem with the wording of the pr. The pr states potential and may choose at some point to elect the use and is under review. If UMG is already using MM5 and is paying royalties then the pr is saying one thing and the truth is another. It bothers me that Peter would put out such a bad pr during the time he is trying to get the shorts to cover. Also there is no comments from UMG.
