Peter, Good morning and I hope all is well in SCMI land. I know I have introduced myself to you before but I will once again. I am an SCMI shareholder. Between me and family members we now have over 13 million shares of SCMI. I have been the COB and CEO of a large company that had well over 100 million in annual sales. So I do know a little about running a business. I am not saying or trying to tell you how to run SCMI but there are a few things bothering me as a shareholder that I would like to address. Remember this is a just a shareholder talking!

So much hype has been flying around on SCMI and the major labels that it was believed to have signed that yesterday’s pr was a tragedy for the PPS. In my opinion, if SCMI has a contract with Universal they also have a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders to explain the contract in more detail. The word “potential” in the pr, has all but killed the stock and the integrity of the company. All of this came at a time when other companies have been making news that appeared to be in direct competition to SCMI and its technology. I did forward the articles to you on those companies. Why not have a Conference Call to explain the contract. It could also be a very good press release for the company if worded correctly. “Sunncomm announces a CC to discuss 5 year contract with Universal Recording and other positive events” The guts of the pr would be even more important. All of this, if in fact there is a contract. Right now the street reads yesterday’s pr as no contract exists. This came out after a “paid for” Shazamm press release that most investors know is nothing but paid advertising and has no factual info from the company to support it. Thus you got a sell off and more to come.

I think I told you in the past that my son works as an intern at Capitol Records. He has even shared emails with you as well. He plans on staying there while in law school. Capitol does not have much to say about SCMI and in fact their marketing dept has all but told my son it is a scam. Needless to say, there are quite a few numbers of arguments in our home about SCMI and the size of our position.

There is a window of opportunity that exists at SCMI and that window is closing very fast. If you can put together a CC, it would be great .It wouldn’t have to be for some time but the announcement for one is now. If there are other business developments, such as Apple or other major’s who have deployed the SCMI technology, now would be the time as well, for shareholders and future investors to hear about them.

All of this is just my opinion Peter and I am sure that you have a handle on what is going on at SCMI. I do have faith in this little company but feel that the company needs to better inform the shareholders of what really is going on. Hearing tomorrow, next week and next year will no longer suffice.

Regards,

C Gibellino
