They T totally Lied to us right through their teeth about NO R/S claims that they sent us in emails etc. This is a total scam and and we need to subit False Statement claims on a daily basis. You would think this clown Yates would of learned something from THRR another .0001 sub penny stock which under investigation and the Ceo Tom Flessner is facing jail time from that scam. He thinks he can lie and scam us shareholders and get away with it. This clown has messed with the wrong group of investors I can tell you that much and i'm leading you all to victory. Lets report this guy on a daily basis and call him starting tomorrow morning rise and shine. He we come Yates. Too late to cry about it now, lets just gather all the emails you have from them stating no RS and submit a False statement claim to the SEC. Go to the Yahoo and Google boards and have them do the same. I'm pretty sure with all the pissed off investors the SEC is going to do something.
