My phone call with Ken Glynn Recap: Part 1
Asked about website that would show us more about Kenergy and their products.
He said the web developer was in his office today and he would have a new website up for us very quickly.
Asked him about getting back on otcbb
He said yes this would happen they need to file a few 10q's and 10k's to get caught up and current with their filings.
Asked him whether we would have to wait until early July for more news.
He said definitely not, he was trying to get news out next week announcing the first of many products they have coming
I asked him if it was only products he held patents on or if he had other deals.
He said it would be both products he has patents on and exciting products he came across that are made by other companies
I asked him for the float info
Right around 1.3 billion, barely changed from 2008 numbers
I asked him if he had any of the float
He said no, all his shares were restricted.
I asked him about a Reverse Split
He said absolutely not going to be one at least for the next year and possibly never. A year from now he would see where things were at and decide. Now we all know it is highly doubtful that any of you will be holding this stock 12 months from now, most of you can't hold for more than 12 minutes, forget about 12 months, so this is a non-issue for me.
I told him it looked like he only gave a couple of patents to Ivoice and B Green but had held on to most of the good patents he owned.I asked him if all those other patents and products would be rolled into SSWC.
He said that's exactly what happened and he had a lot of exciting that are being rolled into SSWC
I asked him what it meant by other creative products
sale of products in four SSWC categories: Solar power systems; Solar products; Wind turbine systems and other Creative products
He said those would be consumer products, cooking products etc
I asked him like that OmniGrill I saw you worked on?
He said exactly
I'm thinking the next George Foreman Grill sensation, think I saw KG had a patent for something like this. The kind of stuff you see sold on those infomercials. George Foreman Grills have sold 100's of millions of dollars worth. This could be a sweet money maker for them.
I said Ken make sure you make your PR's as clear as you can so you don't get 100's of calls from investors. He said he wants to talk to all his investors at this point in time. So take advantage boys and girls before he gets sick of us and our constant nagging and bitching we do to these CEO's.

News out on first Solar product as early as next week, new website with ton of info coming very soon as well.
This covers most of my call. I'm sure I'm leaving some stuff out, will post more if I remember any more from the call.
Oh, and for those of you who flipped out thinking news wasn't coming until July and you could get back in cheaper. Sorry, not going to happen, news should start rolling as early as next week.
