I posted that Nokia was seeking to invalidate some of IDCC's Patents some time back..Today I learned that 3 Patents were at issue..Either IDCC Management is Masochistic, and intent on defending Criminal and Class action litigation ...they were correct in not concluding that it was not worthy of an SEC FD filing..and not Material to its current 2G Binding ICC 2G Arbitration..

I always come to you when I'm looking for facts, backed up by something official.

But I'll be damned if I can find anything about the UK invalidating certain 3G patents owned by IDCC.
