I am putting the finish touches on a letter I wish all to copy, edit, put their name on and send to the address – court. I understand the judge does not read all letter, but she does take note of how many objection are on file, and for what. My letter will object to:

OBJECTION TO DEBTORS APPLICATION OF WEIL, GOTSHAL & MANGES LLP AS ATTORNEYS FOR DEBTORS FOR ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED.


We should all be frustrated with the millions they have “milked” from WMI estate, that is our money. Just as the judge stated in last court hearing asking Rosen if he has addressed the 600 objections to its DS – I would like our judge to question their ALLOWANCE OF COMPENSATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED – every time they state certificate of NO OBJECTION on their fees. We need to show the judge we are objection to their practice of over charging WMI estate and not doing their fiduciary duties they are required to do.
