ellismd, without all the information in hand how can we assume that it was a big brick in England. Nok can claim whatever they want and that might not make it an important and license effecting event. Until IDCC comes out and says that it is a serious event (I guess SEC would require them to do so) or arbitration panel deems it important, it could be just NOK trying to make the noise.
