Dave Davis, How can a convenience license be effected by one or two patents and by the information provided on this board I gather that NOK has a convenience license with IDCC? Why did they pick UK of all the places and why would the UK court make a suggestion regarding the ICC arbitration? Is it convenient for NOK to have it their way in UK?

Good Luck all, I really hope IDCC vigorously defends its position and properly throw a Injunction suit against NOK.
