IBXG: Strange, my order moves NITE.
Put a buy order in for .003, NITE moves to .003,
then cancled and put in for .0029, NITE moves to .0029, cancle the order and NITE falls to .0015, Same with sell side.
when it was at .0035, I put a sell in for .0034 and NITE dropped from .0045 to .0034. Never seen NITE do that before.
