I hadnt thought of the possible meet and confer progress. although speculation that the EC didnt fare well in the meet and confer, I have a serious issue beleiving ROSEN/jpm/fdic would risk the examiner. Do they somsething we dont know? Is rosen "felix the cat" with a seemlesly endless bag of tricks?
I just dont see this going to an examiner. I feel the EC filed the motion to put the pressure on for the meet and confer (as suggested by others on the board)
The good thing is, things will take a major step in the next coming days! thats a sure thing!
